Version 5.x Setup

Double-click Modems.  On the Modems Properties window click Dialing Properties.  Make sure your area code is entered the click Area Code Rules.  Check Always dial the area code (10-digit dialing).  Click the second new button and enter area code 484.  Click OK on each window until you return to the control panel.
